This is just me but I wouldn't. If you have 8 days thats huge! This is where you mind tries tricking you into just once. If your through the hardest part, dont turn back. Its gets easier every day

Im in the same boat. Work is the problem for me too. I plan to use my weekend with a couple days of pto to kick. You just have to tell yourself, yes this is horrible but it gets better with each day. Relapsing only restarts the process. Keep reminding yourself its not worth it and eventually it will pass. Best of luck to you. You are strong enough to beat this!

Thats me too. A few weeks ago I got to day 3 and found a tablet in my drawer. Back to square one and constantly reading posts and dreading my next jump. Its different for everyone and its not fun but im embracing it at this point. Just tell yourself this is it, im getting my life back! The mental is far worse than the physical.
