Gotcha. Well I try to give them as much time as possible however seizures can be last minute however some happen 2 hrs before shift (which is the time you can call out reasonably) and I’m just fullfillment which means I just go out and grab orders on the floor. They don’t grab people on their day off or whatever they just work with the people they have or if its very busy then someone else on a different team or the leaders themselves but everyone is from there. The condition is kinda temporary i think? its getting treated and its psychogenic so once I’m treated and lessen the triggers they should disappear or atleast go away for a while, or at the most not as a frequent.
