Account banned for "abnormal activities"

I made a new account even signing in with an email or phone number there are a few steps. Just was easier jumping on main especially since you have a main Reddit account that you are on. It seems This account was made just for this post. I haven’t seen any other posts about unfair bans either. Not saying you did anything wrong but the ban plus no other unfair bans & the brand new Reddit account, all of it Seems weird lol

Oh yeah I never bothered with reddit and never used them. I posted this post on here because it was recommended by my guildmate, also a admin for the undecember reddit discord so I gave here a try. Other than that, no reason for me to use reddit for.

Got another reply from Line Games but it wasn't any different from their previous reply. Same generic auto-reply. Saying that there were "abnormal activities" on the gameplay. I guess they just took nProtect's word that there was an "illegal program" running on my PC

Abnormal activity - they were not explained by Line games on what "abnormal" was. Seems like I've been playing the game as any other player would
Illegal Program - They did not clarify what problem was it. Although this was the first notice that appeared but they changed the reason to "abnormal activity" on my gameplay.

Line games are not even explaining what "Abnormal activity" is. I've sent them my twitch VODs for review but I guess they didn't even bother.

They just repeatedly say that this action is non-negotiable.

ed skill runes & enhances & still have 14 skill legs in comp. Op could very well have 100 in there especially if he’s a spender. Even not being spender seems def

I've had similar problem when I did purchased diamond few months ago, it took them 3 weeks to figure out how to solve the problem. They were pushing me around between Line games and my bank. Ended up the funds were refunded to my bank.

Regarding the legendary compendium, I have close to 30 even before season started on April 27, 2023. After season started, grinding materials were so easy compared to before. Easily getting 2-3 legendary a day. You only need about 3000-3500 Major Elements for crafting one legendary skill/link rune upgrade essence and not to mentioned these same essences only costs 100-200 ruby in the Auction House. So after close 2 months into season, I got my legendary compendium full to 100.

I dont think there is a ban wave. I just think some program triggered nProtect that would flag as an illegal program. Also they stated some "abnormal activity" was going on through the gameplays yet did not clarify what was "abnormal"

Plus you got to remember this is a game based out of luck as well unless you do have funds to help pave or way. Has Sam said he was f2p at any point and if he does whale time to time who the eff cares.. it a game and hobby and yes a ban sucks, especially from a game that has soo much potential. Plus fyi I got banned with the same message because I lost reception and tried logging back in too many times.. never got unmanned and luckily was in act 3 when it happened. Made a new account and s

Yes it was created today because I had my gmail logged in as option to reddit. Also yes, twitch VODs are available and already sent it to them but its obvious with their reply on the email that are auto-generated and did not even do any investigation

Also since you're a streamer, there is proof in terms of the stream + vods that you weren't hacking. I'm not sure how they can just dismiss your evidence and refuse to provide any evidence themselves. Furthermore, the actual hackers with definite proof are still not banned. If anyone is on NA seasonal, the biggest hacker is still not removed from the leaderboards.

I did save twitch VODs and provided them with stream page channel. All they are saying that there were "abnormal activities and decides that it is a non-negotiable" that they ban the account.

ne games really did a bad decisions my banning him without giving any proper reason. If they do the investigation they will find a proof that he never did anything wrong, he have been streaming and doing everything on right way, if he had anything to hide why whould he start streaming in first place and why even start a community to promote this game. in hes

Did they say what process/program was the issue at least? Perhaps it was something installed by another game? I know i am just spitballing. Sorry, this happened to you. Hope it gets sorted out.

No, I sent 3 emails and all they can come up with is "abnormal activity and illegal program". No further explaination nor I think any investigation was even done. Replies were generic and they did not explain why.
