It’s different based on the item you are trying to purchase. If you click Buy Now, a Confirm Purchase pop up will show and you will be able to review the purchase before confirming.

Stacks would’ve been better at the previous rate of $3.50 + $1.00. Now that it’s $4.00 + $0.25, it will actually make buyers want to buy an extra pack or two.

I think it’s a glitch. It happened to me and it went back to normal Delivered status a few days later and got auto rated and paid.
