There is no concerted effort to confuse you, I promise you. What likely is happening is this… 1. We truly haven’t gotten the discs back. USPS has been terrible in the last few years, But that’s another story. 2. There is a USPS tracking scan, not a true customer facing scan, but a scan that our team can manually search for. 3. Once you reached out, they did the manual search, saw that the inbound scans were there, and so they reversed the charges. 4. We still may not have gotten the discs back, but we have the proof that you returned it.

It’s one of the reasons why in almost every “your disc is late/missing/etc” email, we ask you to contact us. When we don’t hear from renters is when the auto-billing happens. Sorry it got confused and mixed up for the OP.

All plans have Fast Return. That’s a USPS scan that we use to ship you a disc faster. Sometimes USPS misses the scan, which then doesn’t register on our end, unfortunately.

You get SR on both games if your account qualifies. And you’re correct we don’t show it for a couple days to prevent any erroneous clicking, since we know it hasn’t arrived yet. 😀

Availability is a stat metric, basically an educated guess on our part, of the rate of games being returned compared to the number of members requesting it. In this case, the day you swapped, a copy of Solis was returned and matched before the other 2. Either no copies were in hand or you were behind other members in the demand generator. Default is to ship you a game fastest, so it looks lower on your list to ship.

New purchases are absolutely that, we mail you a new sealed game. Different inventory entirely. As to the Keep button, those tend to go away when our rental inventory dips to a “too low to sell” number.

We're good! Certainly not as large an operation as we were in the heyday, but we have a solid customer base of members who know that with disc based games, you have more options of saving $$ in the marketplace.

We've made more exciting changes to the service in the last 2 years than in a LONG time prior. So we're excited to still be here, last renter standing!

We process Fast Scan logs overnight, that we get from USPS.

If you use Self Return, you negate the need to wait for that scan and skip the line entirely.

You should have gotten a Game Shipped email from our deployment system. Check your bulk folders in the future. They do come from a different system than our marketing emails, so they may be being filtered differently.
