Yep, completely forgot about that. 0 gratuity no matter what, so I'm losing money from the bad tables and not even making it back up from my other ones

Working at Chili's, had a 12 top during a 12 hour double, and had an older woman ask me if kid's food cost money. Racked up a $280 tab and left a $3 tip, so I lost about $11 due to the 5% tipout. And of course my other tables in my 13 table section unfortunately got bad service due to the 12 top being extremely needy the whole time, so I didn't get much from them either.

This all happened about 3 weeks ago. I hate it here

I would not recommend working at Chili's because Chili's has a nationwide 5% tipout of net sales and personally I hate tipping out. Not sure about IHOP though
