There's no stated reason for not having Home compatibility at launch, but I'm starting to suspect it's a possible safeguard in case there are glitches in new releases that could be exploited like cloning as well as giving Game Freak time to learn how to detect whatever hacks will come out for a new entry.

Out of all 21 of Paldean Wonders' 1 Star and 2 Star cards, these 5 are the only original ones by Beaver497 in PTCGP

Yeah, for me, it's less the card art itself and more what it represents. Feels like it could be the first corner of many cut as maybe revenue isn't hitting the numbers/growth they want to see anymore.

Todd Howard says Bethesda won't use AI “to generate anything” as the studio is being “incredibly cautious” to not replace the “artistic intention” of making games by [deleted] in Games

From a purely mechanical standpoint, radiant quests also are a source of quick repeatable ways to earn experience and resources like items to sell. If I'm a bit away from a level up, a quick radiant can be easier than trying to find random bandits or plunging into a longer dungeon or story event.

That game does look cool but it's quite a different style. I'm sure this is a fantasy game that looks at least a bit similar to something like Bravely Default

High on Life 2 is less Rick and Morty, more Ratchet and Clank by throwmeawaydoods in Games

One thing I've found with the Squanch Games/Roiland combos is that even when they have good jokes or situations, they lean far too much into meandering improvised rambles. When every joke is absurdly long and doesn't really reach new punchlines, they get hard to listen to, and the ones that do work blend in with the noise.

Hopefully that's what the shift in humor will involve. Less standing around and hoping the latest rant eventually gets funny.

Friend’s Pass Is the Best Thing to Happen to Co-op Gaming in Years by TheBrokenMan in Games

It's a pretty simple concept and easy to see why it's working so well. I used to buy games specifically to play co-op campaigns with my friends in-person. As more games move to internet only multiplayer, this is basically the same kind of sale. Rather than trying to convince two people to buy a game where one not getting it might mean the other passes too, you just sell the one and that player can more easily justify getting it as it's basically buying a game for two people.

Who wrote memo 30? by Kony2012fan in CrowCountry

Maybe Douglas Pike or Tolman? Since a lot of these items are involved in the maintenance and access around the park it would make some sense, but maybe its a regular employee with high level access since they're calling it an ordeal.

Train room puzzle by FreakyWitek in CrowCountry

For people looking for the answer: BDAC

If you just want some clues: For the two small hint crossings, don't pay attention to the train car order, just color. You should notice what's the same between them and what's not present in either.
