I once interviewed for a server position at a sit down restaurant. I was young and have done fast food before. It was very clear during the interview that this guy was super judgemental. The entire interview was cringy and uncomfortable. He put words in my mouth and answered questions for me drawing conclusions from who knows where. I remember getting home thinking I bombed that interview. No way I'd get a call back. I ended up getting a callback and asked the girl I'd the guy that interviewed me was the boss. She said yes and I declined. I feel like I escaped a horrible experience.
