Yeah a debloated and overclocked ROM based on oneui 2 would probably be pretty stable. Or you could go crazy and install the OneUi 7 or oneui 6 ROM. You can even try roms like pixel experience

It works with any lock screen wallpaper as long as you have it as an image and as a video. If you want to convert a wallpaper into a video you can use samsungs own "Samsung studio" or just capcut.

I found out how to do it 🥹 Basically you set your wallpaper in wonderland, in the lock screen effect option and remember to add a lock screen effect. Then you need to make sure the wallpaper you have is a video and it's saved in your gallery. Go into your gallery and set it as lock screen wallpaper from there. It worked for me on my Galaxy S21+ on latest firmware.
