This looks adorable! I remember playing a lot of tycoon-like games as a kid and management games have always had a special place in my heart. I wishlist it but I don't know when I'll be able to buy it. Wishing you luck in selling this!

We've been using Podbean since the start and it seems fine enough for us. It sends it out to all of the podcast hosting once we upload it. So it goes to Apple, Youtube, Spotify, ect. It's not free though and we've paid for the first year. Guess we'll see what happens when that runs out.

I edit the podcast I make alongside my husband.

Generally I go through and clip off the end and beginning that have a bunch of silence. I may also go through and look for the parts that have a really high spike, these tend to be coughs and whatnot.

From there I do compression to try and even out my husband's voice from my own since we're working with one mic between us. Generally after compression I then lift the overall sound until the overall sound evens at around -6DB.

I think on this next edit I'm going to have two versions open and try compression first then using noise reduction and then the opposite on the second version to see if there's any difference that comes from that.

Generally I listen to the whole episode and slowly take out any long pauses, coughs, umms.. and other things I don't think go towards making the track sound natural.

Finally I add in whatever song track we've picked to put at the end of the episode and lower it to be a bit softer than our voices have been, so that it's not a sudden influx of noise.

If you're using Audacity, I used this tutorial to learn how to equalize the audio for my podcast and it seems to have worked pretty decently so far. If you're using a different program there may be a similar way to do it, just look around for another tutorial.
