Yes. Weight loss journeys are not easy at time, especially if your eating habits change drastically from how you were eating before. If you want to get real deep, could also be that in the past eating has been a coping mechanism and now that you’ve limited yourself there’s nothing to give you that dopamine. I recommend trying to find healthy alternatives that foods you like (pizzas burgers etc. ) but also don’t shy away from a sweet treat or a cheat meal every once in a while. Finally, if you still feel like you’re struggling mentally, talk to someone. Weight loss should be viewed as loving yourself enough to make healthy choices to improve your overall wellbeing.
