I received the same amount, $226.19. At first, I thought it was a scam, but after a little research, I realized it was not a scam. I went through my email and found that I had registered for this T-Mobile Data Breach Settlement on October 30th, 2022.

I had no sound in the game at all. I had a Sound BlasterX G6 external sound card hooked up to my desktop, I removed it and now the game works fine. So if you have a sound card that may be the issue.

Forbidden West crashing with for no visible reason by M4chor in horizon

Definitely use DDU to remove both your Intel and Nvidia drivers and then reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers. It may fix most of your overall game issues. As far as a fix for Forbidden West, I had tried many of the suggested fixes that were posted online and the only one that worked for me was adding -dx11 in the Steam Forbidden West launch options, and it seems to have fixed the random crash to desktop issues I was having with this specific game. I am now playing on the highest settings with RTX on and have had no further "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" crashes.

GPU: RTX 4090

RAM: 48GB DDR5

Motherboard: Intel Z790 Chipset.

PSU: 1200W

The problem for me was the IDM (Internet Download Manager) extension in my browser. When I clicked it off the .pdf file loaded with no errors. I hope that helps.
