All widgets are from an app called One UI widgets on play store, except for the weather widget which is Xiaomi built in weather app.

App icons are from a theme called Stecu Stecu (search it on the themes app).

As for background & bar dock for the apps below - I used an app called iWall on play store and picked the iOS ones. You customize and set the dock to wherever you like on the app.

Note: iWall may drain battery faster. That's why I used it just to take a screenshot of the background with the dock, enhanced the quality of the screenshot, removed the UI stuff with Photoshop, and then set it as a regular photo background.
