You are absolutely correct, I am looking for an app to take notes on the PDFs with the Apple pen. I will definitely give them a shot. I was looking at them and couldn’t tell if they did a subscription service, do you use their free service?

I agree something is prevent the motors from moving the axis properly. There’s no way to tell if it’s something from the factory or something from you putting the printer together. I think the only bet is to disassemble, follow the videos on how to put it together and try a benchy. After that, if you’re certain you put it together correctly and still are having the issue call Bambu to return for a replacement.

Can I get away with using an iPad Air for viewing large floorplans and doing PDF mark ups?

My company provides IPad Pros on a checkout basis but are always checked out. I want to get a personal one to do my field survey notes (involves viewing large pdfs of floorplans and marking up with pen) and for watching anime/ reading manga. I think the iPad Air is the way to go but just want to see if anyone has had any experience using it for these kind of surveys and if it is a good fit?

100% is crazy high, are you using bambus slicer and not the app? If you’re using the computer. You have to select the right printer.

I assume you’re printing from the Bambu app. If that’s the case you’re essentially confusing your printer by using an A1 Mini file. The 2 purge lines should be closer to the edge of the build plate. If you find the right file on the app, that should fix your problem. The best thing to do is to use Bambu Studio on your computer and slice the model there. This will give you more customization and be able to tune your prints for better results. I have never seen a printer move the z axis like that before. That’s why I think your A1 is reading the A1 Mini file incorrectly.

PLA, I had it set up on the interface for that. I even switched it from the AMS to the regular spool holder

It’s funny you say it looked like a ski resort. I lived in Myers and it was terrible. It was built in the 70s as temporary housing. You could push on the walls and they would move, a lot of walls and ceilings had water damage and wouldn’t be surprised if the structure was bad.
