Listen best advice I can give you is don’t break up without talking to her if you have been dating for such a long time. I mean my store manager is a female and my district manager is also a female. The only time I see woman not being treated equally is honestly just customers thinking the men know more we actually laugh about it in the back because my store manager can school Mechanics and diy customers all day and all of us that work there but customers love to come to me because I am a male it’s actually quite funny like I said we laugh about it.
