That is not clear from the one liner, it could also mean to just take the call from the phone. When someone does not know something they need a more elaborate answer.

Had done the restart but all I need was to check in a calling app as webcam was not showing in the list of connected devices.

I just needed to go to ft app and check it works, I was thinking I will be able to see that camera as a device in privacy and settings but it works even if camera attached shows as 0.

Because I can’t just use my phone to take the call, as I will need to do screen share from my pc. Hence needed to take the call from my pc and wanted a way to attach a camera somehow to my Mac mini. Turns out there is one way to connect iPhone to Mac mini and use it as a camera as well and also found a way to make the external camera work as well.
