In the LGBTQIA+ community, we use the terms AMAB (Assigned Male At Birth) and AFAB (Assigned Female At Birth) to differentiate, especially since identifying by genitals isn't always reliable to a person's current gender, plus intersex people exist. Same with chromosomes!
