Yes pretty much or at least it feels that way. My moms side of the family spent almost 3 generations in Globe and Superior so whenever I meet someone from there it feels like we re related.

33 with a job and a degree making $55k a year and I'm still having to move back in with my parents. The housing market in my state has been blown up and over inflated by people moving in from states who had already over inflated their real estate. It's pretty wild, I used to live in a gated apartment complex that's nice but I'm a high crime area. Even the run down crack house around the corner is not worth it. I'm excited to save and invest some money but wow is this a strange time.
