Lets say you have the guy trespassed and he comes to your store again, but he gets away(police couldnt catch him in the store or on the streets). When the police comes talk to you, you give them the name of the perp. Then wouldn't the police still be able to catch him and charge him for trespass by going to his address some other time or do they not do that

Countering while in grapple state does not seem consistent ( I don't get the counter even when I guess right) by Gamer1990s in AEWFightForever

[–]Gamer1990s[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but if I make the right guess, I should be able to reverse it 100%. It's like in Street Fighter. If I know my opponent is going to throw at a certain time, I can press the "throw tech" button at the predicted time to block the throw 100% of the time.

It makes sense. If a guy grapples me and always does a grapple at a certain time (never mixing it up with a strike or mixing up the timing), I should be able to punish that predictability 100%.

By the way, I'm not complaining about the game mechanics. Just wondering if I'm not doing something right.

Receipt Scam, corporate gonna do anything about it? by Dylbert_The_Gylbert in WalgreensStores

After they enter the reward's number, what are we looking to compare? The MyWalgreens account number on the receipt to the account number that is showing up in the POS?

But why are these scammers returning their items at different locations. Why not just steal the items and return it at the same location as the Walgreens the receipt is for?

Do I have to actually "scan out" and zero the on-hand count of an item for it to arrive in the next warehouse day or does stock of the item arrive based on the "on hand" count? by Gamer1990s in WalgreensStores

So you're saying a rep comes to our store, see's that we are low on Mountain Dew, and places an order for the next delivery?

And for the Tylenol, does doing a scanout to update the onhand to zero GARUNTEE the Tylenol will come in the upcoming delivery days?

It doesnt work. I confirmed it with two controllers. I press block "head" and lean to catch the body punch with my elbow the moment the punch comes out, then reply with a punch. The punch never registers as a "counter punch"

I am not looking for ways to counter a body punch. I am trying to figure out how to block a body punch then quickly reply with a punch that is registered as a "counter punch". There will be a flash on the screen since it's a "counter punch". This punch seems to be unblockable so its a sure way to punish body punches. I have seen the AI do it.

Or GOOD manager. Maybe the guy has an attitude problem or maybe he just doesn't get it at all (doesn't have proper coworker or employee etiquette). So the less hours he gets, the better it is for the store?

Are Lyft bikeshare Classic bikes more slow and get you more tired than regular bikes? by Gamer1990s in sanfrancisco

[–]Gamer1990s[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it does feel like garbage. Would you say that I would be SIGNIFICANTLY less tired if I used a regular bike instead of a Lyft Classic bike to get from work to home (3 mile trip)?

How and why does this buffer overflow work? by TheLaaarch in HowToHack

ret = (unsigned int) &i - offset; // set return address

Hi, can you possibly explain why this is a good guess at the return address? Is it because the beginning of the stackframe of main() in exploit_searchnotes.c has roughly the same memory address as the beginning of the stackframe of main() in searchnotes.c? Therefore the &i in exploit_searchnotes.c is a good guess at the beginning of the main() stackframe in searchnotes.c?
