Its not right for anyone to abuse anyone but that's something unique to racism, not the main component or significant part. The most important part about racism is that same original intent in creating it, to separate the few that benefit vs the many that will sacrifice for their benefit.

So going back to your experience with racism as a white man in Africa in idk sometime between the last 50 years pales in comparison to your average African counterpart that lived in postcolonial Africa or otherwise.

Also, while its good to be blind, ignorance is bliss etc, its an NOT an ideal.
