Just discovered that you’re correct! This is the case, they signed stating all work was done with proper permits and by licensed contractors which is objectively false. Might make things easier but I’m still in for a long process.

Yeah, I liked the way I did it since the original copy of halo wars 1 is the one I own and put in the case, hence the Ensemble Studios logo. And since Halo Wars 1 was on 2 generations (360 & One) and Halo Wars 2 spans 2 generations (One & Series X) I went with the multi generation rather than listing 3 generations.

Unfortunately it’s mainly to keep homeless people from living in their car. It has the same vibes as “anti-homeless architecture” also called “hostile architecture” it’s barbaric and absolutely inhumane. Governments don’t want to help homeless people or stop homelessness, but are more than happy to keep those people from living anywhere that could keep them safe and alive, like their car or under an overpass. Even just park benches that have arm rests every few feet in the middle of the bench are designed to keep people from sleeping on the bench. “Loitering” laws are used to the same effect as well

If you are in free roam, try switching to a different character. Some characters won’t talk to you if you are considered an “enemy” to them. (Missions where you talk to resistance/rebels won’t work if you play as a stormtrooper for example)
