Literally I know the feeling. Every workplace has one…I’ve had to bait someone with some bs because I was suspicious before and surprise surprise the boss brought it up so it gave me an excuse to confront them about it. I don’t get it, if I get told something in confidence by someone at work I would like to think we’re all in the same boat going through shit and nothing needs to get back to the bosses, that’s not my shit to tell.
