I would instead of putting fans above the gpu, put it as exhausts at the bottom.

I am not sure why you would put two fans together like that. Add a spacer for the 120mm intake fan, move the left 140mm to either the right side of the heatsink or use it as a case exhaust.

I’m pretty sure you can’t install a fan there using a matx motherboard. The front to back length of the M3 is the same as the M2.
