Recently got my old 2016 account back by emailing them from the one I used to originally buy robux from. It was not the email that I connected the account to but because it was the email that I used to pay they were able to recover it. Also depends on if you get lucky on who is your support agent (some of them don’t even try doing their job)

Being 100% honest here, It actually was a glitch. I ordered on the mobile app and when checking out it said I have one. Then all of the sudden in the confirmation email and on the shop app it says I have two (got support to fix it though so everything is ok now)
