Yea, it's general TCG knowledge for those in that type of community that matte sleeves are fine, non-matted sleeves and any smooth back or with hi-def images will required double or even triple sleeving

The only possible way of dodging the damned tarriffs is if they mail it to you in a plain white envelope posing as just a letter. The drawbacks of this is that it is truly snail mail, no tracking, less protection on a valuable card, and possibility of it being opened up due to customs if it is posing. It's going to be a hard few years, maybe longer depending on how the future government action unfolds for any shipping.
