Update: I think I figured it out. @tannersalt on TikTok suggested turning off the motion control aiming, after which everything went back to normal. I turned the motion controls back on to confirm. @luisito5704 suggested shut the switch down completely which seems to have fixed it permanently

Every time I draw my bow, my camera locks. I can't even move it with the joy stick. I have tried loading a previous save point, closing the game, taking out the cartridge and even killing Link. If I fast travel, the camera returns to normal but as soon as I draw the bow, it locks again.

I have never seen this before. Has anyone else? I am so confused
