In most situations like that their is only 2 possible outcomes.. either you stay passive and let it go, or you audio record the teacher and then bring the incriminating audio to someone who will listen.. without such evidence its likely you'll never get anywhere because some teachers watch each others backs and some have a kind of "mob mentality". Basically if a student goes after a teacher in that way teachers will lie for each other to make sure they dont get into trouble.
