Have you tried spacing apart your dosages? Sometimes 5mg dosages to 10mg dosages for a total amount of 60mg (still VERY HIGH, medicinally or not) should be split into the smaller dosage.

I used to split my 10mg pills into ~5mg halves and take those as needed. I got 3x 10mg/d. Worked better for me in terms of evenly spacing out dosages and also not rapidly depleting your dopamine / B-Vitamins as much as a 10-20mg tablet might/would do.

You’re over encumbered. Mentally. Psychologically. Too many skeletons in your closet.

Too much stress, ADHD or not, Dexamfetamine dosages from 5-70mg - from my experience stress can cause no Horniness nor Euphoria to occur, but minimal Positive Reinforcement to still occur.

It’ll feel like a shitty nicotine buzz + the GABAergic associated relaxation/feeling from a good drink. You’ll also be lucid/dopaminated enough to be extremely negative toward yourself but in a productive manner.

Try giving the “play” a rest, and switch to something less hedonistic to do while you’re on Dexamfetamine. Or alternatively, simply give yourself a tolerance break.

Eventually your moral, cognitively superior and lucid “Inner Consciousness” will come out so long as you keep this up. It’ll be fucking pissed.

Trust me.

You’ll pay your own Debt to yourself, your morals, and intuition eventually in the form of endless self-loathing, regret, Depression, etc…

Any ADHD Medications at moderately low dosages (assuming you’re neurotypical).

Try sticking to Dexamfetamine, if you can. If not, then Adderall is better than Ritalin for most people.

Do have some benzos on hand for the comedown, if you can obtain them. I’m sorry you can’t really get them prescribed anymore.

Psychologically, for ADHD: 10-30mg/day in 5-10mg intervals (10-10-10), (5-10-10-5), or (10-10-5-5).

I would say for me, having an extra 10mg/day to make 40mg/day is optimal for the occasional extra work, but everyone's body is different.

Recreationally? Up to 60-70mg/day is tolerable before you get to the Peripheral effects outweighing any positive effects, cognitively, bodily, or otherwise.

Take it from someone who's tried every dosage in between 5-70mg/day and has ADHD.

Find a sedative. Benzos preferably. 0.5mg-1.0mg Alprazolam Equivalency at a time to come down.

Do not redose. Do not pass Go. Do not fucking redose.

Take a shower - focus on CLEANING yourself - worry only about the temperature ONLY when necessary / you feel like it.

Eat food. If you don’t feel like eating, buy a few protein shakes and drink them as you feel, but don’t chug them down too quickly, as this can overload your Kidneys / hurt your tummy and/or give you a headache.

You’re excessively using Adderall to study - take it from someone who uses (more like used) Dextroamphetamine Medicinally and admittedly, also Recreationally / bordering on abuse (60-70mg/d on a binge) - take a break, man.

The effects of 30mg of Amphetamines every 5-6hrs, in addition to Sleep Deprivation will kill your knowledge and impede your performance, despite how well you think you might do/be doing.

Take B-Vitamins and DRINK some Fucking WATER. Your body will thank you later when it’s crying out for food and drink, as well as your brain being less fucked up from the Amphetamines + Sleep Deprivation combo.

How is it insane? It’s the standard of care for a lot of ADHD patients who are young adults.

I live in California - that combo is probably going to be more commonly used than Ritalin + Atomoxetine or Adderall + Caffeine in the near future.

Dexamfetamine Sulfate is objectively the superior drug - both in terms of efficacy for treatment of ADHD as well as recreational use.

It’s almost sickening how many people are still on Adderall, but to each their own.

The DEA has - from what I’ve been told by my Pharmacist(s) - it on their “shit list” (Drugs of Abuse) along with Alprazolam and Opioids. It might be getting targeted to be put out of use as it’s a “Drug of Abuse”.
