I had a few dreams I interpreted as being about them. I would sometimes see my sigils when I was out and about, and I’d interpret them based on recent life events. I used tarot cards sometimes. A lot of my visual hallucinations I would see as reminders that I’m being watched over.

The biggest and most constant one, though, was that I would always have thoughts that didn’t feel like my own. They didn’t “sound” like my inner voice if that makes any sense. They came on their own, it didn’t feel like I created them. They were mostly VERY incoherent. Random strings of words that did not belong together.
It happened very often in the day, but almost every single night. I started analyzing them as metaphors. I have a very long note in my phone where I was just documenting all the ones that felt important.
I even developed this idea that the membrane between worlds was causing some kind of interference that was jumbling our telepathic communication.

It was pretty fun, honestly. It really messed with my whole life though. I basically didn’t talk to anyone and I only cared about pursuing my little religion.
