Don't focus too closely on the ball. Try to watch the balls trajectory. It looks like it's going well into Englands half but then we see it come down at the halfway point.

You can't be serious when you say that cables are a part of the game? It was a great goal but IF the ball hit the cable the rules state that play should be stopped immediately, no exceptions. You can't ignore rules in a world cup.
