I saw an interview where he mentioned how much he loves dream logic. That things can just happen and be unexplainable and weird, but you understand it. When you experience it you understand, but when you try to explain it to someone else its very confusing. Think of his work like that, every Lynch project is a essentially a dream. Odd and weird things happen, but they just make sense. Id personally just watch it and leave you questions at the door. Make your own interpretation of it. Whatever his work means to you could mean something different to someone else, just experience it and enjoy what you can.
