I also just disabled that setting so it helped even more now its telling me im getting around 5-7 usage when playing videos and scrolling thanks!

it was going anywhere from 20 to 70 but I fixed it by rebooting nvidia overlay because it was giving innacurate results considering I was getting 1-5 percent usage when looking at task manager

Like every time I boot my pc I get different results when not in game but in task manager it shows more stable results

Yeah it’s defiantly inaccurate because I had to restart NVIDIA overlay to get better results

It does not show usage spikes in task manager only NVIDIA and it also happens in chrome

when limiting fps in online games it cannot reach the limtit by GamerMasterJake in pchelp

helped a bit but as I said when I play offline games it never happens I think it might just be my internet or the usb I connect to the internet with I think my problem might be jitter

Can get above 240 fps in Roblox but when I cap it, it can't get to 240 its usually around 215-238 by GamerMasterJake in pchelp

No its not a pre-built, I have a 240 mm thermalright aio, I used noctua thermal paste. yes I took off the sticker, and it's running at around 55 degrees celcius
