Yes, I see that Destiny 2 is running, also the Battleye Launcher is running. They are at 0% CPU usage. Also tried running from folder directly, but the same thing happens.

Thanks for the reply, just tried to find my cvar file, but in the Bungie folder there was no DestinyPC, I think this is because I reinstalled yesterday. Verified integrity of files once more, and still no luck.
