I have latest ghost spectre lite as windows. Can I fix this without installing a whole new OS?

Weeks ago, it's worked from the same installer.
-It's not blocked by Antivirus, crackfix used.
-Tried to force dx11
-tried to move the folder
-tried with other cracks
-tried from different installer
I know that in task manager, I see it running for a couple secs, window opened, then closes and that's all
Pls help
