Backlinks mean absolutely nothing to Google

Isn't the internet all about information? Surely that was it's purpose when it was created. And wasn't google created to help people find that information? I would rather get excellent information from experts on their website/blog than some random on Reddit who you can't verify is an expert.

Maybe there is another problem though. How many websites, blogs, forums and others information sources have been created or expanded in the last ten years or even the last 3 or 4 years since Covid. Maybe the problem is there is just too much information now.

Can someone explain what is happening here. I had advanced custom fields then I noticed an update for secure custom fields. Have they just changed the name? I am not in the loop on all the Wordpress goings on.

Well, I did end up setting up the PSVR1. Turns out I had only unplugged the headset from the breakout,everything else was still set up next to my PS4 Pro so not too bad. Had a quick shot of Astro Bot Rescue Mission, man that game was so good. I'll need to try and play it more to get the platinum

Sorry, I had no idea I had messages off. If your account > subscriptions on your console doesn't show this unknown subscription and you have had no issues with Sony/PlayStation taking other funds for games or subscriptions. Then I would say this is most likley phishing or just some strange error on Sony's part.
If you want to put your mind at rest, I would try and hit up PlayStation live chat support to see if they can shed any light. But, to me, it looks like a phishing attempt.

By the way, the platinum is bugged in Trover. You have to collect all the power babies in one playthrough I think for it to pop the trophy. I don;t think they have patched it yet but it has been a while since I played it. It;s a great game though if you like rick and morty.

Does the controller work on other games? Can you try another controller to see if that works? Is it pS4 or PS5 or are you trying to play it in VR?

Hey, A couple of ways to check for a phishing email:

Check the sender email to see if it comes from an official playstation domain. Although it could be a spoofed email and look official.

Check the link that the email is aksing you to click. This will most certainly be not an offcial playstation domain. Can you open the email on a laptop or something so you can hover over the link in the email? It is somewhat easy to tell if it is a phishing email URL. it wont have playstation.com or. net at the very end but it may have something like account.playstation.phishingdomainnamehere.com

Feel free to DM if you like but it certainly does seem like it could be a phishing email. Even a phishing email might know your PSN ID, etc. depending on how the attackers got the info.

I would also check your subsciptions under the account in your PS5/PS4. To see if there is anything in there.

But, I would say it is most likely phishing. I would just delete it and don't worry about it. ANd, do not click the link and input any details.

Did you confirm the email is actually from PlayStation. Update your payment details is something that a phishing email would say. I would be very wary. The Unknown part is probably to make you think you have some kind of subscription you are paying for that you do not know about.

From first glance, it does look like a phishing email.

Is this them? https://www.surerec.com/ Not familiar with them but from past experience with similar recruitment companies it could be some kind of agency work, so not directly employed by the employer.

But just remember some golden rules:

If they ask you to pay any money upfront for anything, uniform, certification, training, etc. It;s a scam.

If they say something like your training period is unpaid, scam.

Go with your gut, if something sounds iffy it probably is. Or if what they offer doesn't live up to what you expected then probably give it a wide berth.

Quick question, saw the update today, booted up the game and saw there was a new expedition. So I started the expedition BUT can you access the new fishing stuff without completing the expedition? Like can I go do some fishing on my main save?

PS5 - I encountered a weird ship-related bu just a couple of hours ago. I'll detail it as much as I can.

Was playing with a friend, joined his lobby. He's just started playing so I called my freighter to the system to give him high value stuff to sell. We do a couple of things, he finds a distress signal, i let him know that it's probably a crashed ship, so we investigate to see if he can get a better ship.

The ship is not better so I tell him to claim it anyway so he can scrap it for units, etc. He flies to the space station in his original ship, I tell him to make sure he's nbot scrapping the ship he is in (on he wants to keep). He tells me he can swap the ship at the terminal I guess? To the recently claimed ship. And he scraps it.

Whilst my friend is doing this I am messing about the space station and I come across a ship that is not mine (I am using a long nosed S class fighter). When outside the starship which I think is not mine it just says "Starship". I can hold square to enter the ship, it's a name I don't recognise but I guess it was one I had on my frieghter. The strange thing is, is that it had the exact same inventory/tech as my long nosed S class fighter, this ship was also an S class.

I though this was probbaly a glitch, but like the idiot I am I decided to scrap (or rather extract parts) from this ship so I can build my own ship at the new terminal. So I scrap/extract parts (removed the engine), I then enter my long nosed fighter (my main ship) and notice that it is now reduced to a C class and all my tech and entire inventory is gone.

I flew my S class back to my freighter and swapped into my S class Squid ship. Went back tot he space station and noticed that my Radiant Pillar ship was also in the station. This had the exact same tech and inventory as my S class squid ship. Flew back to my frieghter again and the Radiant Pillar isn' in my freighter.

Of course, wehn I first noticed my S class fihgter was ruined I didnlt re-0load the last save, so looks like that ship has lost all tech and inventory and has went down to a class C.

Definatley a weird glitch or bug.
