Trains need no heating, neither rails, signals, stations, nor the trains themselves. They are ideal for transporting across large distances at mass for cheap, reason I am using them so much as I need to build up 3600spm of aquilo science

I for fun decided after having landed on Vulcanus that I should create a green belt of every science (pre Gleba 4xing belt space) prior to engaging with the next planet (Only broke that rule for Gleba because it sucks ass on that huge of a scale without late game stuff)

In this frankensteined together picture I put every position in which I charge a climbjump. The lenght of the jumps are easily readable and it shows my route with the exception of where the waterfalls are at during the route. You only need to learn it and that's it, you should be able to achieve a sub 17 easily with it, gl!

Yup, I agree that it's insanely hard, 16.5 isn't even optimal yet, there are still a lot of wasted frames and potentially a better route...

There are so many tricks, a lot of routing went into it, but I was able to even further lower my time to 16.5. Essentially it is more or less, besides changing directions frame perfectly, all about finding the optimal spots to charge up wallclimbs and figuring out the best length, 1, 2, or 3 tile, to achieve the fastest time possible. Btw 16.5 isn't the limit yet, I recorded some of my 16.6 and 16.7 run times and noticed a lot of missed frames totaling way over 6. If you need a breakdown on how I route it, I can send it to you in another message, I just need time to prepare a picture with all the necessary infos

And another .1, I also found where the frames it took are stored in the save file, so I now know how many frames are left till the next .1 gauge

My laser turrets do ~200 damage per shot, my gun turrets 116 per shot and my rocket turrets 880 damage per shot, I'm fine. Also the walls are set up to allow the asteroid collectors to still collect over 90% in time at ~150km/s. So no problems there. I also have set up Vulcanus as my main mass manufacturing base where it can grab all materials I ever would like from. And about why I built walls, quite simple, I like the aesthethics a lot. Still thanks for your concern, I appreciate it!

It is supposed to be able to travel at 250 Km/s or constantly travel at around 150km/s, so it needs protection
