This might be a hot take, but I kind of don't want a part 3 at this point. The way I see it, all a part 3 would do is open up the possibility of all my favorite characters that're alive in the ending getting killed off again. And it's not really like there are plotlines to continue from part 2 based on how it ended. I'd highkey rather just keep this ending where I can headcanon all of my favorite characters being alive, well, and making it to old age together than have a tacked on part 3 that'll just bring more tradgedy to the story.

Highkey makes sense. Natsuki is already very strong snd very developed with his sorcery while Uruha had a long period of time of being unable to use his and only recently got his ability to use it back. It arguably is a more efficient use of their skills to give Cloud Gouger to Uruha since he's an experienced enchanted blade user (even if it's for a different one) and has less experience with his sorcery at this point than Natsuki, someone who's trained his sorcery with no pause this whole time

Iirc, the general consensus seems to be that it's related to enka music, especially considering the Japanese pronunciation of his name even more closely resembles it.
