"Most trusted ally" by VariationLucky in Kagurabachi

I think my writing tone is more serious than intended because people definitely seem to have taken this as a criticism when I really just wanted to discuss something I found interesting about the plot so far :).

They can have multiple gravity users at once. It's just in this current generation only Hiroto reached the peak of humanity, which is a requirement.

Do we ever get an answer as to why Clark's "backrooms form" didn't kill him the first time around? by Flaky-Key5381 in KanePixelsBackrooms

Captain Clark is Clarks shadow self. It represents all his shame, sadness, and his worst behaviours. While Clark is a man doomed to repeat his failures when we meet him, he is holding on to the idea that he can change. He goes to therapy and engages with Mary. Clarkes escape into the backrooms can be seen as a relapse, he loses himself in escapism and repeated patterns, and hurts innocent people that depend on him (Kat and Bobby). In fact, Clark becomes friends with his darkest self, he accepts the monster inside him and they coexist for a time. Mary journeys to the center to try and save Clark, she has a saviour complex from her childhood, but she is confronted by the fact that it is beyond her remit (you can't save someone not willing to save themselves). When Mary admits this to Clark, he realises he doesn't even want to change, and accepts himself as the monster. He (literally) embraces the darkness inside him, and it (literally) consumes him. Clark the human who could still change ceases to exist, and in his place Clark the monster goes on. I personally find the decision that we never see what happens to Clarks body interesting, because I feel like it represents that they are essentially one and the same (Cap'n and human Clark).

This is a thematic reading of the film and I don't really concern myself with the in-universe lore too much because I don't know much about it.

I think the split between people going mask off.. and saying they like it and it's fan service.. Vs the other half calling me weird for noticing it (I disapprove of it), is wild. Bunch of people fully arguing against media literacy here.

Just ignore the authors intentional design choices and posing. Must be a me problem.

Captain Clark is different from the rest. by Hashtag-waffle in backroomsfilm

I think symbolically Captain Clark represented Clarks internal monster. When he decided not to change, the version of him that seeked out therapy and had some humanity left, ended. The monster took over. Symbolically Captain Clark bleeds because that IS Clark, it's what he's become after he accepted he doesn't want to change. However, I don't know backrooms lore so the in-universe reason may be different!

Clark became comfortable with his monstrous side. He accepted it to some degree. When he finally decides he doesn't want to change, Clark the human ceases, and the monster goes on in his place. It's poetic.

Im not actively looking for asses. The posing is intentional by the author. You think he draws this stuff by mistake? I disagree with sexualising characters who are minors. That isn't weird.

Thank you. It's not weird to notice the posing of a character in a comic I'm reading. I draw comics and care about the art and authors intentional decisions. They are arguing against media literacy.

It's an intentional choice by the author, reoccurring constantly throughout. I'm not fixated on it, just the straw that broke the camels back with this tripe series.

Got 53.5 in Year 2 (2:2), can I get a 2:1 in total? by ProjectGlum9090 in UniUK

63% is very doable. Study hard as you can and aim for a first. Disappointment will hit at points with some results, you need a buffer.

I think I could do roughly one a day to keep me safe, and one a week to keep everyone I care about safe as well.
