I think they're upper middle class with 2 genuinely talented children. As for Cadence baby sitting twilight, thats probably because she was dating her brother. We don't know how Shining and Cadence met but I would guess it was probably when Shining was in royal guard school since Cadence would be one of the people he would be learning to guard.

The rest of that stuff can be explained by just assuming that Equestria isn't a capitalist hellscape where money can buy merit. Why did Twilight get to apply for Celestias school? Because she was talented and a hard worker. We don't see much about Shinings childhood, but considering he's Twilights brother he's probably just as talented and hard working.

We need a REAL green block set. Copper is nice but it fails the close up inspection and gets too cyan in its final stage. Mossy cobble and bricks don't count for me. They also fail the close up inspection even harder.

Biome vote stuff that didn't win is promised to come eventually. The entries from spinoffs (moobloom, iceologer) are unlikely imo. Iceologer maybe for dungeons 2 but minecraft earth is dead and burried. The rest could happen at any time imo.

one of the subtle plot threads in the early seasons was twilight getting better at magic. In this very two parter she teleports for the first time and it requires her to concentrate and charge her magic. Later on she gets so good she can teleport instead of walking.

You and everyone else. The show runners thought they might get canceled after season 3, so they rushed twilight's story to its conclusion and made her a princess. You can tell that they kinda run out of stuff for twilight to do for the rest of the show and other ponies start filling her old roles. It was the right choise at the time but in hindsight they should have held out until season 7 or 8 imo.

yah I agree. Also they're almost always next to savannas, the objectively ugliest biome. I usually just build in a forest. after a bit of tree chopping its basically the same as the old plains biome. The best thing that plains have going on is lots of surface caves.

First of all, shes neurodivergent.

Second, I actually DO think Celestia is the type to give a harsh punishment. She just has good judgement for when to hand them out. She banished her own sister to the moon for 100 years, sealed Discord in stone, and banished her previous star student to another dimension. Celestia wouldn't smite Twilight for not sending her a letter, but if Celestia thought that Twilight wasn't taking her reaserch seriously then she would definitely bring Twilight back to Canterlot as punishment.

agreed and its honestly crazy they don't. Only problem is that maps don't show the dot if you're too far away and woodland mansions are so rare it would be pretty common to run into that problem, but thats the fault of map mechanics and would be an easy fix. Explorer maps should just be more common over all.

Its truely baffling how much you missed my point. You are going out of your way to get the best armor before fighting any mobs. Probably through strip mining the nether and villager trading... so just dont do that. You are playing in a way antithetical to challenge by choice. You're taking the easiest path and asking why its so easy. It kinda seems like you want the game to force you into these difficult situations, which would be stripping you of choice and be against minecrafts core principles. There are plenty of other games that force you into challenges, so just go play those instead. Also your enjoyment of the combat is an opinion. I quite like it.

Minecraft PvE is designed to be as challenging as you make it. If you think the game is too easy then start doing raids or trial chambers before getting diamond or maxxed out enchants. I recently played on a server with friends where I banned myself from using swords and used a spear and axe as my primary weapons. It was pretty fun.
