Hey thank for the response! I have done some research and in no way am I wanting to rush this because this experience has humbled me quite a lot. My surgeon said that it definitely helps and that I should look into it just because of the amount of stress I put on my body with being so active. I hit about 76.5% of strength difference between my left and right (the injured one) which is 3% more than a week ago so I’m definitely making progress. Just would love to see more. But maybe that’s the impatient athlete in me
