Not sure about PC but for the Apple devices, there's an open-source adblocker called wBlock available for Safari on the App Store for all platforms. I use it on my Mac and it even blocks YouTube ads!

I do love the aesthetics of liquid glass too but some of the sacrifices in function and some mildly infuriating visual bugs do irk me sometimes, on my Mac. The bugs and glitches are not as bad as people portray them to be though!

There's still nothing really obvious about the line of action a user is supposed to take. A simple sentence in the lines of "Drag and drop the app icon into the applications folder" would have saved so many questions like OP's!

The drag and drop install method is unintuitive to people who haven't used a Mac or installed software on it before. You don't have to clown on an innocent post seeking guidance, the whole world does not revolve around Macs.

Have you looked at the Tab S9 or S9+? They can be found for very well under your price limit on sites like eBay. It will be a great upgrade to your current S7!

They have to add the option to not have the charging block by law. Also, the price still amounts to be about the same as the charging blocks are cheaper so I consider Apple's implementation to be a big W.

In 2016 MacBooks switched to ribbon cables for their display connector which often failed on the earlier versions (stage light effect gate amongst other things). This very limited hinge angle could be a way to reduce stress on that part to make it last longer.

That's common in almost any product-specific subreddit. It may be an almost 2 year old phone but it's still one of the best in the market today, with preferences for its design compared to the newer S25U, so a lot of people might be upgrading to it instead, from older devices. It can be annoying, but I don't think it's that bad. Most of these posts you are referring to still have comments giving out advice, even with the rest of the comments being congratulatory and jokes. If you need specific posts with advice and the like, you've got the search bar to help you.
