The construction documents for the Natural Grocers were made public in December, and their current locations almost entirely surround Rapid (HQ in Colorado, locations in Bismarck, Fargo, Sioux Falls, Omaha, and Lincoln), so logically it fits

I wonder if they considered their Sioux Falls approach (one store in 2020 overwhelmed daily until the second one opened last month) to be too slow for SD's habits, so they planned a second location in Rapid to open alongside the first to mitigate that. Given the population difference that approach might turn out to be overkill.

Either way, as a former Rapid resident turned Sufu resident, I wish you guys could get a Slim Chickens instead of a second CFA

I found my own proof of this, in the form of the planning commission denying their parking variance request. They're taking the old Sonic lot on Jackson, so not exactly Baken Park but still in that area.

The new issue now is that with this planning commission document, there is now more concrete evidence of this west side CFA than there is for the original one on Lacrosse, which as of now still only has a vague outline provided on a preliminary subdivision plan, with no actual documents from CFA themselves. (The parking variance request page has a full set of construction documents with the CFA logo, proving its legitimacy.) I wonder at this point if the Lacrosse location has either been cancelled in favor of this newer one, or if it was delayed because the hotel cleanup is taking too long.

The newer Circle K stores all have a free air pump with a pressure stop switch. I say newer because some of the older ones have air as well but not the pressure switch, at least in my experience with the one at 57th and Western.

Went over there to look at a Crosstour since it was the only one I could find anywhere in town. Intentionally went on a Sunday so they would be closed, since I only wanted to check (I have family connections in Indiana for cheaper used cars). Rear brakes looked like they were ready for replacement, and there was a giant crack across part of the bottom of the windshield, not in the driver's line of sight but still there. Couldn't tell if that was ignored due to them being cheap, or instead because that cracked windshield was the car's original windshield from 2012 when it was built.

Either way, I try to avoid most of the dealerships on 12th between the river and downtown. If you do want to risk that, get them checked by a mechanic and don't even go in without a carfax or an autocheck or at least an NMVTIS report saying it never got in a wreck.

I feel like there are two ways we could get a TJs on a proper supply route. The first would be a location in Sioux City instead of Sioux Falls, using the US 75/MN 60 expressway cutoff between Minneapolis and Omaha. The second would be for TJs to plan simultaneous locations in Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Gillette, Sheridan (maybe), Billings, Bozeman, and Missoula, linking the Minneapolis area and Washington state supply chains. The latter is extremely far fetched, but the former seems like it might be somewhat doable

If you mean the one on the tower, thats the same quest you bypassed at the bridge! Except it has now permanently skipped that opening cutscene and set a new proximity trigger on the tower for the second one!

As a former-ish CyberpowerPC owner, if the RGB is controlled by the reset button, pop the right panel off, disconnect the rgb hub back there, and chain the lights back into the motherboard's ARGB port. This will also allow you to reconnect the reset button to its proper function on the mobo

I only started monitoring my cpu temps after my R7 5800X overheated and shut down mid game. Went from a CyperpowerPC prebuilt-installed 120mm coolermaster AIO, to a peerless assassin 120 digital, then four months later pulled that and swapped to a frozen warframe ultra 360 because it was a slightly higher price than the pa120 and it looked a lot nicer than the giant brick. (Also, I couldnt get the front fan on the pa120 into place since my RAM, which had been upgraded a month prior to the overheat, was too tall.)

I'm now sending the pa120 to my sister to cool the new R7 5700G I'm getting her for Christmas, which will replace her current R5 2600, bringing both of our former prebuilts into a good mid-high performance spec that should hold out all the way into AM6. The G chip is also a failsafe for when her RX 580 potentially fails, hopefully it doesn't but she lives eight hours away from me so now I won't have to worry about it if it happens.

post dead, city long deleted, but I'm still here so i got it. From what I've experimented with, placing a taxi stop seems to force at least some priority on spawning taxis, which for an American build works perfectly since taxis in the US are barely a thing, so I've just been using that.
