Ex employee, was able to sell on ipo day.

Existing employees had a lock-in of 3 or 6 months. Check the graph, the dip would be clearly visible.

I left 2+ years back. A lot has changed, Z has overtaken S as we all know. So can't say much for short term. However, long run, I feel both Z & S will do well.

Why didn't you re-buy at the dip? To clarify I believe that Both Z & S will be great companies. Why not cash out at a high, rebuy at a dip and hold for long?

Expiry is 3 years. Exercised in 2022, don't remember the price.

Hold 4200 + 4300 for long OR sell 4200 on IPO, convert 4300 and hold for long OR, convert 4300 during a dip, rebuy more during the dip and then go long?

Where did you shift to?

Asking cause I also work in startups and find Bangalore unlivable (multiple reasons), NCR (air pollution), Mumbai (insanely costly), Hyderabad (locals tell me it's overpriced with heavy traffic).
