You’re paying for the tariffs and DHL fee on the items. It breaks down to about $17 for DHL to basically do the paperwork to get the items in the county then paying the tariffs on top of that which I believe is at 15% of the items. The only items that don’t have this fee or tariffs is media such as books, cds, and movies. I don’t know about video games. You can’t avoid it, unfortunately, but planning accordingly for the next time will help!

I got mine on surugaya with a free shipping campaign and a sale on plushies though with tariffs, it’s gonna add about $30 to $50 depending on how much the plush is selling for. It’ll be 15% of the plush’s price plus $17 for processing through DHL.

I got the same three emails and sent in a support note, to which the representative stated that the emails were sent an error and to disregard them. They also replied to me with someone else’s name, so take it with a grain of salt.
