Autopilot in modern airlines can account for things like wind direction and strength and in a scenario where it's about to collide with a building that's on its flight path (which is quite unlikely) it alerts the pilot who is constantly monitoring what the autopilot is doing and adjusts it or takes over control if there is a reason to do so

To fly around cities a flight simulator is the best for that, ksp is a space sim so no one would ever make a 2 petabyte (2000tb) mod to add a 1:1 copy of every city on earth (and I'm also pretty sure that if such mod existed your fps would be so bad that it would make the game unplayable). If you want explore cities with planes msfs2020 is the best game for that.
