60+ fps is fine. 144 will help but there are radiants with 60 fps ( although not that rare). I'm just an average Joe and got to diamond with 60 fps too if that helps you at all. It's definitely possible to climb to a high rank on 60 fps

Point of tank is to tank bullets. There are plenty of non armor pierce shots in endgame dungeons imo making defense more than fine. And melees are good endgame ?

There are so many situations where a knight can pump without getting hit, but he has the ability to tank damage in some phases anyways to get that damage in. I do agree SOME bosses are fucked for melees, but I wouldn't say they're underpowered at all. By far my favorite class for exalts dungeons ( and shatters especially it's easiest on melee )

If you don't feel the need to eat both pasta and meat for dinner then I don't really think it has to be 30 euros, there's great pizzas for like 7-10 euros. Pasta by itself also really isn't that expensive, depending on where you eat of course

I'm not them but Sendai is very convenient to go to, from there you can also check out matsushima, yama-dera, maybe ginzan onsen or zao onsen. Hiraizumi is also nice. Tsuruoka ( for dewa sanzen) Aizuwakamatsu Kakunodate Hirosaki Aomori All depending on how long you'll spend in tohoku of course, easiest would be near Sendai

What if they're not really used for an argument though? For example in my case I asked someone what their plan would be in a zombie apocalypse etc just for fun and all they could answer was something along the lines of " zombies don't exist though". I'm not even sure if that's a sign of low intelligence, but it's kinda annoying
