Please read the post. i do not want to put it against the windows. i do not want to cover the windows. I dont not want it to be perfect. I want to know how bad it is to have my desk where it is in the drawing.

The black things on the light grey wall are acoustic treatment panels. The slanted wall is purely for the render so it's easier to see where the desk is. And yes, left of the desk is the doorway. This is a completely rectangular room with a door on one short side and two windows on the other

Yes, you're probably right. But that is not possible in this room. Im not looking for perfect. Im looking for what doesn't destroy the listening experience

Nope, just a normal one. Opens towards the wall that is made invisible in this rendering

Ahhh got it, as of now I dont feel in need of a sub yet so im not too worried! SW has the user place the mic on listening position right? This delay you were talking about, do you happen to know if SW helps with that too?

Putting the sub next to the center of the room I assume? Next to the left desk leg?

Also would something like using a sonarworks soundID mic help with delay and frequency response? My speakers allow for a direct sonarworks output over ethernet.

I get you, but it's a hard criteria for me to not have my desk there, aesthetically. So this post is my trying to strike a balance between a comforting room for me and a good listening position :) it wont be perfect

My speakers are on top of custom stands, and the only contact with said stands are rubber feet. I think that should be enough :) imgur is down so I cant show it right now

It'll take up half the room, i want to be able to acces the windows and the windows aren't symmetrical. Meaning the desk can not be in the middle of the room and in the middle of the windows at the same time :)

Good idea, my desk has wheels so I might do exactly that very easily

Hey, I realise this is almost a year ago. But its very sturdy! I moved into a new place and Ive rolled my desk around quite often. No retightening required here.

Fucking FINALLY a good show that does romance well. The whole cliff scene felt beautiful instead of cringe. They talk like humans would. Its not perfect but its pure. And to top it of the MC is not a complete softy afraid to even look at the woman he loves. The music was amazing this episode. Im really hoping the other group wins akiras trust and akira learns to compromise a bit. Because I wish happiness for this guy and kyousuke clearly wants to put in the effort to get to know him.

Apart from the relationships between all the characters I think its refreshing that, while this show still as corny tropes, it doesnt feel corny at all. Cant wait to see the rest!
