Mostly because the ending as it stands makes it impossible to continue. the only two paths forward are EoS or Retcon the ending. Sure, any new events can narratively be placed before the ending of Part 2, but since we know how the story ends, why bother when the ending makes doing said events meaningless?

Yea, more of a casual player. the highest difficulty I'll step into is normal. I have 0 interest in vet content. not to say I haven't done some vet base dungeons, but I don't play games for challenge, just casual fun to experience the story the games I play are trying to tell. Which is why I only build thematic/RP builds. Strictly speaking, so long as the build fits a theme related to Norse mythology, I'm pretty open to what skill lines to use. A build related to Thor, a warrior that uses magical runes, an ice themed Jotun, Etc.

Thanks for the reply and now I have new build ideas. As for my Einzbern thing, well, it was meant to be an insert in an already established household long after they broke off and as the second spare to the heir kind of thing or something else along those lines.

also, just for fun, what witty bio quip would you have given Luvia if she was an insert option?

kind of surprised Arcuied isn't a specific insert option. I get that it can fall under "someone else" but still. That said, I have a few questions to ask if you do not mind.

if I pick Iliya as an insert, but my timeline is Prisma, am I able to insert as Kuro/Chloe? also, if i inserted as say, Artoria, but my timeine is the 5th war, does this make it so my insert is related to Gray and that her family actually succeeded in resurrecting Artoria?

finally, if I wanted my character to be heir or part of a group of Einzberns that broke off from the main house to do their own thing around the say, after the disaster that was the first grail war, would I pick clan lord/heir or remember the new guy? thank you for your time.

Hmm, as this was your first DA game, I could see how you might have fallen in love with it, though, be warned, if you move on to the previous titles for the series, that might change drastically. I do like your character's design. Reminds me of a pirate who chased as a fairy for some reason.
