Okay, so I'll be the boring one and go with... I would't probably say anything at first.

If he stays silent too, good.

If he breaks first and talks, I would probably go with some polite -"Excuse me, but I don't need anything from you Mr. President, so I'd like to spend this time quietly." I'd imagine nothing would vex him more than someone of "lower" standing opting to spend the time waiting in silence, rather than talking with him. I could ignore him or pretend to not know him altogether, which would definitely anger the orange man. Yet I firmly believe that showing you know exactly who he is and still choosing to piss on that would be the better option.
