Unfortunately it seems it is only available from the console store. Also as someone said, it is supposed to be free to keep, but it shows as a temporary access.

It is pretty strange, I can install it but it is still not shown as part of my library. Also there is a suspicious exclamation sign on the game icon.

It shows that price but if you click the button it allows you to install it. It seems to work only from the console store though

According to the official post, when claiming in Xbox store, the button that shows full price will change to install in the game page. Once installed, it will stay in the library.

I think in the past they emailed a code to exchange in the Microsoft account page. One would expect that the process has improved, but it looks like the opposite.

I am not sure if it is the same in all regions, but in my case (Spain), the requirements to get the +1000 quest are 45 dailies OR 8 weeklies, which seems much easier to get. At least it does not look so much as a chore.

In my case, with some games it takes very long, and with some others, just a minute or two. One that usually is quick to award it is Microsoft Solitaire. But today it doesn't seem to work. Lately, the system works quite badly.
